What is Tire Rotation?
As the name suggests, the tires are removed and reinstalled at a different position on the axle in a tire rotation service. The tire rotation pattern depends on the type of tire, type of vehicle, and tread wear pattern. The tire tread is the area of the tire that goes into contact with the road or ground. The purpose of tire rotation is to allow the tire tread to wear evenly. If your vehicle has tires designed to be used at a specific position on the axles, we will rotate them accordingly. This means that tires that are meant to be used only on the front of the rear axle should only be rotated from one side to the other.
